Reduced or Free Shipping
IMBookStore.com may periodically offer reduced or FREE shipping.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
Not all shipping methods offer tracking. If an order is shipped by a trackable shipping method, tracking information (if available) will be added to the order details and emailed to customers when an order status is updated from processing to completed. IMBookStore.com is not responsible for lost and/or damaged shipments. The ship method you select may be non-trackable and non-insurable. This means the package cannot be tracked during any point of transit, including whether the carrier received the package. In certain instances, the carrier may be able to provide a reference number that is only associated with the package and it may or may not be used for tracking purposes.
Requesting a Refund
Our returns policy is effective for purchases made from the IMBookstore.com lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Requesting an Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@IMBookStore.com and send your item to: Inspiromedia Corporation Exchanges, PO Box 270, Butler, TN, 37640, United States. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returning Your Product for Refund
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Inspiromedia Corporation Returns, PO Box 270, Butler, TN, 37640, United States. Include a copy of your receipt and a note stating the reason for your refund request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund (less shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Delivery to most countries and territories to the destination country’s mail system. Shipment times and reliability vary based on the destination country’s mail system.
This shipping method, in exchange for lower shipping cost, does not offer damage insurance or shipment tracking to the ultimate recipient. When you select this method of international shipment, you waive all liability against Inspiromedia Corporation or the carrier for damage or loss of the shipment. Shipments are not trackable. P.O. Boxes cannot be used as a Ship To Address.
